By using CompleteSolutions4U (including the Astrologer web app and mobile app), you agree to these terms.
1. Service usage
Users must provide accurate information and use the platform lawfully. Misuse, abuse, or automated scraping is prohibited.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account. Keep your mobile number and password secure.
3. Advisory nature
Astrology outputs are informational and spiritual guidance only. They do not replace professional legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice.
4. Profiles & consultations
Birth profiles (name, date, time, place of birth) are used to personalise consultations. You confirm that details you enter are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
5. Wallet & paid consultations
The platform uses a prepaid wallet. You may recharge via the supported payment gateway. Consultation access requires sufficient wallet balance as configured by the platform at the time of use. New users may receive a limited free introductory experience; once a paid consultation has been started, free introductory access no longer applies. If wallet balance becomes insufficient during a paid session, the session may be stopped automatically. Exact commercial rates are shown in the product UI / admin-configured pricing screens and may change from time to time.
6. Payments & disputes
If a payment succeeds but wallet credit does not appear, you may submit a payment issue from the Wallet section with your payment reference. Our team will verify and credit or respond after review. Refunds, if any, follow the Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable use of chat
Do not send illegal, harmful, or abusive content. The service may apply short cooldowns between messages to keep quality and fairness for all users.
